SXILL (School of Experience Illusion and Life Learnings) founded by Technocrat Ms. Neelu Kapoor and Worldskills Design Mentor Prof. Vineet Raj Kapoor was was selected by Media and Entertainment Skills Council to train and mentor India’s Worldskills candidates for Industrial Design Technology. They are the Winners with Top 3 positions at Indiaskills 2021 and are from different parts of India, but now being trained at SXILL at Chandigarh. The candidates come from leading Design Institutes like NID Ahmedabad, NID Gandhinagar and MIT Pune.

The winners of IndiaSkills 2021 undergo training and get an opportunity to represent the country at the coveted WorldSkills Competition to be held in Shanghai, China in 2022. The candidates will compete against more than 1,400 participants from over 60 countries competing in 63 skills. A biennial competition, WorldSkills Competition has become popular over the years and is a global hub for skill excellence, bringing together skilled youth of diverse backgrounds and nations.

Speaking on the occasion, the Founder Vineet Raj Kapoor ex-Dean Chitkara University, and National Jury (Industrial Design) for Indiaskills said “I am fortunate to work with these top students and find it invigorating to help them grasp the nuances of design and giving them tips to score points at Worldskills. It is a challenge since they have studied under the best of teachers and mentors of India. However, we have developed a very good rapport and they find learning at SXILL equally rewarding. SXILL students have worked at the Top in leading organizations including Sony, Yatra.com, Gaana.com as well as Directed top animated shows like ‘Motu Patlu’ and even independent artists like Sukh-E the singer amongst others. SXILL students own leading IT companies in the region like Intelligaia, Trabug, Creative Peppers etc.”
