SXILL and Chandigarh Design School are proud to represent India once again at an influential global forum. Vineet Raj Kapoor, Founder of SXILL and Chandigarh Design School, participated in a high-impact panel discussion on the future of animation at the International RICS Conference on Creative Economies, held at Manege Hall, St. Petersburg, on 8–9 October 2025.
The panel, titled “Animation 2050: Content Everyone Understands,” focused on the evolving nature of animation content and the opportunities for collaboration among 20 participating nations in shaping inclusive, globally relevant creative economies. Leaders from international animation studios, creative enterprises, and government bodies shared insights, challenges, and collective strategies for the future.

Representing India, Vineet Raj Kapoor highlighted how animation storytelling transcends language and geography, making it one of the most powerful cultural and economic tools of the future. He acknowledged Russia’s global animation success stories such as Masha and the Bear, Leo and Tig, and The Snow Queen, which have resonated strongly with international audiences.
He further emphasized that India is emerging as a global animation artist powerhouse, with deep expertise gained through decades of collaboration with Hollywood and international studios. With a vast talent pool, cost-effective production capabilities, and strong storytelling traditions, India is uniquely positioned to collaborate globally and co-create content for worldwide audiences.
The discussion concluded with a shared commitment among panelists to work collaboratively across borders, combining creative strengths to build meaningful, universally relatable stories for the future.
Adding to SXILL’s global recognition, Neelu Kapoor, Founder of SXILL and IndiaSkills Graphic Design Technology Jury member, acknowledged Business Awards (UK) for honoring SXILL with the “Best Animation and Post Production Studio 2024 – India” award. This international recognition reflects the global acceptance of the SXILL brand and supports its mission to deliver high-quality, value-driven education, offering students across Europe and America a more accessible alternative.
